Lease Conditions Lease through August 2027, with the option to renew annually thereafter. Tenant pays gas, electricity, cable/internet, and other utilities except water. Landlord pays for water. A private washer and dryer for this apartment are located one flight down in the basement. No tobacco smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. The upstairs apartment is owner-occupied by a family with one school-age child. The fenced yard is shared. You may occasionally notice the smell of cannabis outdoors from the upstairs porch or yard. One or two small, well-behaved dogs or cats are welcome with no additional pet fee. This is an older two-family home. As with many older homes, some normal household sounds between floors and from street may occasionally be heard. No tobacco smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. Cannabis use is permitted outdoors on the porches or in the yard, so there may occasionally be a cannabis odor.
