Welcome to Villas del Mar Resort for rent on a three-six month, one year or more bases for the entire condo for only $1,800/month for the whole unit… without utilities, or $2,100/month including utilities (electricity, water, utilities and internet). Hot water is supplied by an electrical water heater. First/Last, plus Security Deposit. A pet would be allowed on a case by case basis. I am looking for unique renters that want to live and care for a property with private beach, two pools and a place they can call home.
The unit has individual A/C consoles in every bedroom and a recently added A/C console in the living/dining rooms/kitchen. The whole apartment has been refurbished with new oven, refrigerator and sink, and includes small appliances: coffee maker, air fryer, microwave oven, toaster and panini maker. The laundry unit has a stakable washer/drier combo recently serviced and another sink. Two car parking spaces, with a corner condo in the second floor close to the first pool and a few feet away from the second pool situated prior to entrance to the private beach. Fitness Center and tennis and basketball courts. Villas del Mar is a gated community with security personnel available 24/7. A supermarket is available within walking distance.
I just finished a three-month rental to two awesome brothers from San Francisco doing business and having some fun in our beautiful paradise. I feel I will continue renting for months at a time, meaning no short-term rentals, but will listen to customer specific needs. No offense, but I am not desperate to rent and will only rent my property to people with a high degree of care and respect for the local residents. A virtual tour video will become available soon.
