Lease terms
Owner will pay for all utilities, no pets are allowed, and NO smoking is allowed. A damage deposit of $4,500 dollars is collected at lease signing. This cannot be used as a form of monthly rental in ensuing months. A minimum stay of 2 months - or - a maximum stay of 12 months is required. The following amenities and activities are included in the rent. - 27 holes of private championship golf - Two resort style pools - Two country clubs - Use of two bikes - Use of Trager grill - Two Bocce ball courts - Four Pickle Ball courts - Six clay tennis courts (lessons are also available at a small price) - A fully equipped fitness center - On-sight massage therapy and physical therapy services - Kayaking - Bass fishing on golf ponds on Monday - Countess clubs; fishing club, mahjong, choral, garden, wine, etc. The only cost the renters will be responsible for our golf fees, and fitness classes. All expenses incurred: golf, meals etc. can be charged on a credit card, or renter may request guest account number which will be billed monthly (for extended leases). Golf is $64.00 for 9 holes and fitness classes $15 per class. - The private 27 holes of championship golf are some of the best in SC.
