The main level features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (garden tub with jets sunroom) walk-in closet, living area, kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer and a second bathroom. The second floor features bedroom 2, bedroom 3, bedroom 4 (twin beds) and a bathroom with a shower, single vanity, and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and oven, grill range, and coffee maker. The living space has a comfy couch, fireplace, and TV. The fireplace is non-functional and intended for decorative purposes only.
An early check-in is available starting at 1 PM for a fee of $50, subject to availability.

InkWell Beach is a 7-minute drive (2.7 miles), Martha's Vineyard Airport is an 11-minute drive (5.7 miles), the Ferry is a 9-minute drive (4.1 miles), Martha's Vineyard Camp is a 7-minute drive (2.5 miles), and Joseph Sylvia State Beach is a 10-minute drive (4.8 miles).
This property is not pet-friendly, and unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $300 for a deep cleaning of the property. Check-in time is after 4 PM, and early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Check-out time is before 11 AM, and any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes. Smoking is not allowed inside the property or outdoor spaces including the balcony and terrace, and there is a smoking fine of $300. Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund. An extra charge of $100 will apply for not cleaning after using the BBQ grill.
