Towel rentals are available through Martha's Linen Rental or Take My Linen Rentals. Parking is available on the driveway and in a huge parking space. A fee of $100 will apply for not cleaning the BBQ grill after use.
This home is centrally located to beaches, restaurants, shops, and vineyards. It's a 7-minute drive to InkWell Beach and Martha's Vineyard Camp, a 10-minute drive to Joseph Sylvia State Beach, a 9-minute drive to the Ferry, and an 11-minute drive to Martha's Vineyard Airport.
Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM. Unauthorized bringing of pets will incur a penalty of $300 for deep cleaning. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur a fee of $50 starting at 1 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes. Smoking is not allowed inside the property or outdoor spaces, with a smoking fine of $300. Smoking is only permitted by the fire pit. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. A pre-check-in form will be required prior to check-in. Only bedding is provided; towels are not provided and must be brought by the guest or rented. The fireplace is non-functional and intended for decorative purposes only. Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property only. There is a locked closet for personal items that should not be opened. Housekeeping staff is not responsible for setting up or assembling pullout beds, sofa beds, cribs, Pack 'n Plays, or baby beds. Guests are responsible for arranging and preparing these items for use during their stay. Mail deliveries or packages are not allowed during your stay.
