The warmth of hardwood floors flows throughout the home, complementing the cozy sunroom extension, ideal for your morning coffee. The entertainment room in the basement offers a game table, ping pong, and a space for movie nights. Each bed is topped with memory foam mattresses for a peaceful night's sleep. The patio area is equipped with outdoor furniture, an umbrella, and a BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and oven, grill range, and coffee maker. The main floor features a living area with a comfy couch, a non-functional decorative fireplace, and a TV. There is a main dining area and a kitchen dining area open for 4 people.
Parking is available on the driveway and in a huge parking space. Towels are not provided and must be brought by the guest or rented in advance. Bedding, including sheets, extra sheets, blankets/comforters, kitchen towels, and bathmats, is provided.
This home is centrally located to beaches, restaurants, shops, and vineyards. It's a 7-minute drive (2.7 miles) to InkWell Beach, an 11-minute drive (5.7 miles) to Martha's Vineyard Airport, and a 9-minute drive (4.1 miles) to the Ferry. Martha's Vineyard Camp is 7 minutes away (2.5 miles), and Joseph Sylvia State Beach is a 10-minute drive (4.8 miles).
Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM and be mindful of the neighbors. Unauthorized bringing of pets will incur a $300 penalty for deep cleaning. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur a $50 fee starting at 1 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes. Smoking is not allowed inside the property or outdoor spaces, with a $300 fine if there is evidence of smoking inside the property. Smoking is only permitted by the fire pit. An extra charge of $100 will apply for not cleaning the BBQ grill after use. Noise complaints that summon the police may result in eviction with no refund. Guests are responsible for any damages or loss to the property, with excessive damage having a liability of up to $5000. Lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes will incur a $200 charge for replacement. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Commercial use such as photoshoots or music videos requires written permission. Shipping for lost and found items is at the traveler's expense, with a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. Mail deliveries or packages are not allowed during your stay. Housekeeping staff is not responsible for setting up or assembling pullout beds, sofa beds, cribs, Pack 'n Plays, or baby beds.
