Nucky's is just a few blocks away with something for everyone (restaurant, bar, and old time fully renovated movie theater.) 1 block to the jitney for easy access to AC! Monthly professional cleaning crew required for duration of lease to be paid by the renter. Approximately $150 per month. All utilities to be paid by the renter. No smoking allowed inside house or anywhere on premises. No subleasing.
