Two master bedrooms with king size beds & private bathrooms. 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have their own T.V. plus a 65" T.V. in sunken living room. Townhome has been completely repainted with new carpeting through out. Bathrooms are all new tile. Kitchen backsplash and fireplace surround are newly tiled and wood floors refinished. Kitchen has a new stove and microwave. There is an indoor wood burning fireplace in the sunken living room with a balcony porch off of the living room area with dining table & 4 chairs to enjoy the outdoors. There is also a 2 car garage that comes with the property rental. There are 2 additional parking spaces in front of the garage and 2 additional overflow spaces available in the complex. If you prefer an unfurnished house we would have to store the furniture in the garage. The rent amount would stay the same - furnished or unfurnished. This townhome is located 1.3 miles from the slopes and close to Wintergreen Resort shuttle pick up. In summertime you have use of Wintergreen outdoor pool and area for up 6 people. There are miles of marked hiking trails within walking distance throughout the mountain with access to the Appalachian Trail and the Blue Ridge Parkway. There are several breweries and wineries within a 10 mile distance, Devils Backbone Brewing Company, Bold Rock Cidery, Blue Mountain Brewery, Woodridge Farm Brewery and Three Notch'd Brewing Company in Nellysford. Just to name a few in the area.
