Every year there is a battle for the bigger apartments so it is in your best interest to contact me right away. And at the same time organize your group of friends that you want to live with. Be sure that you all have similar criteria.....what is their budget? Do they have their parents approval to live off campus? And agree to the budget? The budget should be in the 1200 to 1600 range if each person wants a private room. If it is much lower than that then sharing a room should be a consideration.
