AVAIL JUNE 1ST! I am preferably looking for tenants who could move in for June or AT LATEST July 1st. Large unfurnished master bedroom available in a shared 2 bed/1 bathroom unit. Located in a beautiful house on a quiet street near the Beacon St. Star Market, a park and a lot of cute shops and restaurants. Fifteen minute walk from Harvard sq and Porter Sq red line stations. Cats allowed! This is a two-family house. The landlord lives in the other unit with his family and is lovely and kind. We get our own entrance and access to the front porch. No parking available with the house but on-street parking is easy to find. There is a walk-in kitchen, living room and shared bathroom (with tub). Brand new hardwood flooring. No laundry in building but there are multiple laundromats very close by, and Star Market and Walgreens are both within a five minute walk. Our living room will be unfurnished as it is currently furnished by my roommate who is moving out, so this is a great place for anyone bringing their own TV/couch/armchairs etc. Length of stay is negotiable but I would prefer someone intending to stay long term. FYI: The landlord will likely want to run a credit check on whoever I choose as a roommate.
