Lease terms

The rent includes hot water, two off-street parking spaces, sewer, trash removal, snow plowing of the driving lane, water filtration, and reasonable yard maintenance, including lawn mowing and leaf blowing. The tenant is responsible for heat and electricity, rolled into one bill. The tenant is also responsible for snow shoveling his/her own parking spot, walkway, and entrance, and laying down any sand/ salt as needed. No smoking in the unit and a spayed or neutered cat is allowed at an additional fee. There is a shared coin-op laundry in the rear of the building. We are looking for an income at least 2.75 x's rent. An application with references, employment history, credit, background check, etc. is required. First month's rent of $1850 with security deposit of $1850 is due at signing of the one-year lease. Last month's rent will be collected within 6 months of move-in.
