1 year lease then month to month after the first year. This is a no smoking property. This is a no pet property (may be negotiable depending on pet and pet deposit). A lawnmower is provided for routine lawn care. We will hire for seasonal cleanup in the Fall. Shovels are provided for minor snow removal howevr in the event of storms we will have a snow removal service plow the driveway. There are two units in the house. An upper and lower unit. You will need to decide who does what as far as lawnmowing and shoveling, or split the cost of paying someone.
