Lease terms

The lease will commence on 1 September 2026 and will terminate on 31 August 2027. Lease duration: 12 months Lease Renewal Date: 1 July 2027 Monthly Rent: Rent: $3900.00 per month, payable on the 1st Day of each month. Payment Method: Bank transfer. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $3900.00 is required before move-in. This deposit will cover any damages and is refundable at lease termination, provided no damages exceed normal wear and tear. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. Monthly pet fee: $50 per pet. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for the following utilities: water, electricity, gas, internet, trash & recycling. Maintenance Responsibilities: Tenant is responsible for routine maintenance such as e.g., lawn care, minor repairs. Landlord is responsible for major repairs including plumbing and electrical issues. Termination Clause: Either party may terminate the lease with 60 days written notice prior to the end of the lease term. Additional Terms: No alterations to the property without written consent from the landlord. Tenant must maintain renter's insurance with liability coverage. Governing Law: This lease shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
