Renter responsible for utilities (trash collection, power, gas, water, cable etc) and maintenance of front/back porch plants. No smokers will be allowed. Small dogs (potty trained) allowed with additional pet deposit ($1000). There's two car attached garage for parking with additional ample guest parking spots. Renters will be expected to comply with community rules and regulations stated by the HOA. Minimum lease duration is 1 year. There will be a nonrefundable application fee to be paid by prospective tenants.
