Our house is located on Jacksonville's iconic Mandarin Road.… If you are familiar with the history and surroundings of this area, this street is in the heart of Mandarin. For reference, the house is about a mile away from Harriet Beecher Stowe's Mandarin house when she lived in this area. Also nearby are restaurants, shopping areas, grocery stores, etc. The house is an unfurnished single-story 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a formal dining room and a pretty large family room. The master bathroom is spacious and has a spa bathtub along with a standup shower. The second bathroom has a large walk in ceramic shower. Wooden floor and tile throughout the house. The kitchen comes equipped with an exhaust hood to remove heat/steam, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a fridge. Kitchen appliances are stainless steel. Central HVAC and programmable thermostat. The family room has an electric fireplace. The front yard has a lot of space and the entrance to the house is protected by a keyless entry metal gate. The backyard is surrounded by fences, a private and quiet setting. It has paved areas, a gazebo, and plenty of space for family bbq or get-togethers. Thank you for your interest .
