Lease terms

1. Renters' Responsibilities: Renters are responsible for water, gas, and electricity and is not included in the rent. The renter is required to maintain the front and back yard (approximately 1000 sq. feet combined) in compliance with HOA regulations. The tenant shall be responsible for the cost of professional carpet cleaning, which will be scheduled annually by the landlord during the tenancy.. 2. Owner's Responsibilities: The owner pays for annual HOA and Trash. 3. House Rules: No smoking and no pets are allowed on the property. 4.
