Patio: table and chairs for 6, 3 pool loungers 2 car garage Lease dates: Available 5/28/26. 6 month minimum. Can consider longer lease. $2500/month plus all utilities. Weekly pool service included through Litchfield Park Pool Service. Credit check, background check and criminal history check required for all adults 18+. Tenant screening through RentSpree.
