The townhome (unit 3 of the street) is a luxury home. Second floor has wall to wall hardwood floors, all stainless steel appliances, upgraded kitchen cabinets, and half bathroom. The first floor is a two car garage and an activity room (or the four bedroom or an office) that has a full bathroom and walk-out sliding door to backyard and community parking lots. The house is all-room-cable ready and digital internet climate controllable for heat and AC. The location of the house is one of the best in the area. Walking to Ocean City boardwalk is just 1 mile away, which is perfect for a beach walk or morning running along a quiet beach time. The Ocean City bus is located cross street of our house and with $3 tickets you can have full day multiple stops, 24 hours bus ride around Ocean City. It is the best way to get around in crowd during July 4th, OC airshow, White Marlin Open, and Sunfest events. The ocean city Tanger Outlets is next door to our community and all the stores open year around. Mione's Italian, Outback Steakhouse, Chipotle, Starbucks and Sakura Japaness etc are all in 5-10 minutes walking distance. Food lion grocery store, medical center, Staples, Walmart, Home Depot, and more are all in walking distance or with in 5 minuets drive. All of the stores open year around. If you only need a quick easy time, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Applebee's are in our back yard. Assateague Island for wild horses and peaceful natural beach is just 15 minutes drive. If you like to try your luck, Ocean Down Casino is less than 10 minutes drive. Living there will give you the best of Ocean City lifestyle year around and be memorable in your whole life. The rental includes free use of community pool and club house with fitness equipment, and trash. Tenants pay for electricity, water and sewer. A boat slip is available for rent with a separate price and lease.
