This thoughtfully designed home accommodates 68 guests and features a spacious primary suite with a private deck, jetted soaking tub, and separate bath areas. Two additional guest bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, complemented by two full bathrooms and a convenient powder room. The great room boasts soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and a grand wall of glass framing the creek, with a cozy fireplace anchoring the space. The attached garage provides ample space for two vehicles, and the driveway can fit 2 to 3 cars. The community park immediately to the South of the home has a parking lot, subject to the park's rules. The garage is equipped with a Level 2 ChargePoint EV Charger that can charge your electric vehicle for no additional cost. A propane BBQ grill is available for use. Perfectly positioned as a basecamp for Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and endless Teton Valley adventures, this home is just 15 minutes to Grand Targhee Resort and 3 minutes to downtown Driggs. Yellowstone National Park's West Entrance is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes away, and the Primary Entrance to Grand Teton National Park is about 1 hour and 4 minutes away. Enjoy fly fishing on the Teton River, scenic hikes, mountain biking, golf, and wildlife viewing. In winter, access snowmobiling, Nordic trails, and backcountry terrain. Quiet hours must be observed from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. This property is smoke-free, both indoors and outdoors. Guests are prohibited from using any smoking or vaping product inside the home or in the areas immediately outside the home. Only registered occupants are allowed in the property, and guests are not allowed to throw parties, large gatherings, or other social events. Guests will use self-check-in and may check in no earlier than 4:00 PM. Guests must check out and depart no later than 10:00 AM. If a key is lost, there is a one-time fee of $100 to replace it and rekey the locks. If a garage door remote is lost, there is a fee of $250 to replace it and reprogram the opener. Fiber internet is supplied by Silver Star Communications, with WiFi access points installed for coverage throughout the inside and outside of the property, as well as hard-wired Ethernet in every room.
