Utilities Tenant is responsible for gas and electric (Xcel Energy & CORE Electric), as well as internet and cable. Pets Small pets (up to 25 lbs) are permitted. Responsible pet ownership is expected, including cleanup and care. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $600 will be required per pet. This fee is for the privilege of having a pet in the home and does not serve as a security deposit. Home Standards & Policies Strict adherence to all HOA rules and community guidelines Washer must be cleaned monthly using a cleaning tablet As a top-floor unit, tenants must be mindful and respectful of neighbors below Smoking Policy No cigarette or cigar smoking permitted indoors. Marijuana vaping is allowed inside; all other smoking must be done responsibly outdoors. Any smoke-related odors or damage inside the home will result in a professional cleaning fee of up to $1,000.
