Lease terms

Lease term is 12 months. Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at signing. Tenant is responsible for gas, water and power, internet etc. A late fee will be charged if rent is not received after the grace period. No smoking is allowed on the premises. Pets are not allowed. Early Termination / Breaking Lease: Tenant agrees to fulfill the full lease term. If Tenant vacates the property before the lease end date without written agreement from Owner, Tenant will remain financially responsible for: All rent due through the remainder of the lease term or until the unit is re-rented, whichever occurs first. A lease break fee equal to one month's rent. Any costs associated with re-renting the unit, including advertising, cleaning, and screening fees. Tenant must provide a minimum 30-day written notice of intent to vacate. Abandonment or failure to provide proper notice will be considered a breach of lease. Property must be maintained in good condition, and any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be the tenant's responsibility.
