No application is taken without touring the unit. The unit needs to be toured first. $500 credit if application is accepted by 7/15/2026. Message to schedule a showing please. 1. Rent is $1,350 and it includes water, sewer, trash, and use of community amenities. Tenant pays for electric and gas. Owner pays the condo fee. 2. You are asked to complete a rental application, provide a copy of your driver license/s and copies of your past two months paychecks. Additionally, you will provide a cashiers check or money order for the amount of $100 to be used for credit and background check. Upon satisfactory credit and background check, the $100 fee will be credited toward your 1st month rent. 3. Rent is due on the first day of the month. 4. A $2,000 deposit is due at the time of the contract and will be returned to you at the end of your lease upon satisfactory upkeep of the unit. So, before moving, an amount equal to $3,350 is required ($1,350 for the first month rent and $2000 for the deposit). 5. No pet please. 6. One-year lease required 7. Our application asks for - A copy of each household member's driver license. - Current job and proof of past two months income. - Past two years addresses with contact information of the past landlords - Two references and an emergency contact information. Other factors for qualification beside income includes the following: - Verified on-time payments of past rents and satisfactory uptake of the premise. - Debts, loans, and other obligations. - Satisfactory credit history. - Sufficient income to number of people in your household.
