Lease terms

Lease Duration: The initial lease term is for 12 months After the initial term, the lease may continue on a month-to-month basis subject to applicable laws and written agreement between the landlord and tenant. Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping of any kind are not permitted inside the property. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas, if applicable. Tenants are responsible for any cleaning, deodorizing, or repair costs resulting from smoking violations. Parking Policy: Parking is limited to 4 designated parking space(s) assigned to the unit. Vehicles must be operable, registered, and parked only in approved areas. No commercial vehicles, trailers, or recreational vehicles may be stored on the property without prior written approval. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. If allowed, tenants must obtain written approval before bringing a pet onto the property. Additional pet rent, deposits, breed restrictions, weight limits, and a maximum number of pets may apply. Tenants are responsible for all pet-related damages and must clean up after their pets at all times. Tenant Maintenance Responsibilities: Tenants are responsible for maintaining the premises in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition, including: Regular housekeeping and disposal of trash. Promptly reporting maintenance issues or property damage. Replacing light bulbs and smoke detector batteries as needed. Keeping outdoor areas, patios, and yards reasonably maintained. Preventing damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to report issues promptly. Tenants may not make repairs, alterations, or improvements to the property without prior written consent from the landlord.
