This is a one year fixed term. We require a one month deposit and $200 refundable eviction and court fees. Residents will be responsible for payment of all utilities, telephone, gas, and other bills incurred during their residency. Owner is responsible for pool maintenance. Subletting is not permitted. Using this property for anything other than primary residence is not permitted. Two dogs are allowed on the property. Dogs must be well trained with good behaviors. Tenants are responsible for all damages to the property that are caused by their dog, and tenants must keep the property clean of dog wastes. Pet policy is negotiable. Please contact owner for pet fees. Disruptive and illegal behavior such as excessive noise, large events, parties, drug dealing, or underage drinking are prohibited and ground for lease termination and eviction. Renter insurance is required. Pet owners must purchase renter insurance that covers injury that is inflicted by your pets.
