Tenant is responsible for natural gas and electricity bill at SCE, trash bill, your choice internet/cable. I pay $100 of your water bill which covers the sprinklers in the backyard and plants. I pay the gardener bill. No smokers, no vaping, no weed, no pipes, no drugs allowed in the house or on the property. Looking for clean, responsible tenants only. Sorry, the garage does NOT have an EV/TESLA charging station, and I do NOT allow them either. 2-car garage with storage shelves. ADT security system already installed (if you want to activate it, you need to contact ADT. I do NOT pay that bill). Great safe family neighborhood! I give $100 water credit each billing cycle (2-month cycle in M.B., which covers the backyard lawn sprinklers, plant beds in front). Tenant is responsible for their own utilities= electricity, gas, sewer, internet bills. Reminder again, no pets permitted.
