Automatic sprinklers in the backyard and gardener every two weeks is included. This is a rare property since it's at the bottom of the cul-de-sac. Great, safe street for kids to play. Some of the best public schools in Southern California! The house is just east of Sepulveda, less than 1 mile to the beach. NO campers, camping vans, RV, trailer, boat, basketball hoops/standards, trampolines, kids "play structures" are allowed. Sorry, the garage does NOT have an EV charging station, and I do NOT allow them either. 2-car garage. ADT security system already installed (if you want to activate it, you need to contact ADT. I do NOT pay that bill). Great family neighborhood! I give $100 water credit each billing cycle (2 month cycle in M.B., which covers the backyard lawn sprinklers).
