Lease terms

** Terms: ** One-year lease, no extension possible (we're coming back to our paradise!). No smoking, no pets. Owner pays for a biweekly maintenance/lawn person. Water is through a private well (no additional cost) Sewage is through a private septic (no additional cost) High-speed internet (through Astound) is renter's responsibility Routers and mesh network (eero) included Electricity is renter's responsibility (based on usage) Garbage/Recycling is either self-haul or service, renter's responsibility. Parking is available on-site. First month's rent, last month's rent, and deposit due at signing. We use Action Property Management to manage our screening criteria. We will send you the criteria as a response to your first inquiry. If a year here sounds right, here are the next steps: 1. Send us a note about yourself. We'd love to know who's going to be enjoying the apples! 2. We will send you a pre-screening form with additional space for any requests or questions you have for us, as well as a copy of our tenant screening policy for you to look over and sign. (We'll respond to messages by Saturday 8/1) 3. Once you fill out the pre-screening form, sign the tenant screening policy, and get the answers to your questions, we can schedule the tour (starting 8/2 and 8/3). 4. We'll do the tour, meet face-to-face, and go over the lease agreement (if desired). 5. If we both want to move forward after the tour, we will hook you up with our friends at Action Property Management who will do the official screening background checks. It costs $50/adult. 6. Assuming all background checks go well, we can sign the lease. Thank you!
