Hi, I am Sandy. I live in the property with my two support dogs- Reina and Chola. They are very sweet and loving and do minimal barking. I have 2 bedrooms available in my 420 friendly townhome- each with a private bath. I am looking for two females who are tidy and are willing to contribute to household chores. Your rent covers rent, utilities, WiFi and shared common area needs (cleaning items, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry supplies, condiments and spices). I am disabled and am home most of the time. I love to crochet, watch movies, do puzzles and love a good game night. I love to cook, and can really throw down. A once a day meal plan can also be purchased, if interested.
