Property has just been refreshed. New paint throughout, with LVP flooring everywhere except the bathrooms which are vinyl.… Place is clean and bright and ready for move in now.
The larger bedroom has the bathroom en-suite and has 8' of closet space. The smaller bedroom has the bathroom across the hall and has 6' of closet space. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
There is a nice deck on the back of the unit that looks out over the wooded ravine that separates you from other units in the neighborhood.
This is a nice quiet neighborhood. Property is secluded with no other houses close by. The other side of the duplex is operating as an AirBnb, but we have never had any issues because we screen our guests very carefully. You have woods on one side and a ravine on the other to separate you from other properties. At least four spots of off street parking. Short drive to Clemson (10 minutes, 3.9 miles). SWU (6 minutes, 2.8 miles) or TCTC Pendleton Campus (11 minutes, 6.7 miles). Located directly behind the post office in Central.
Power is through Duke and water, sewer and trash come on one bill from City of Central. There is no natural gas at this property.
Comes with fridge, stove and dishwasher (all are in good shape) and has hook ups for full sized washer and dryer (tenant supplies). Landscaping and lawn care are handled by landlord (every two weeks in the spring and summer and once a month in the fall and winter). Mail comes to a lockable central PO Box about 1 minute walk from the front door.
We take pets on a case by case basis and we required a pet deposit for each pet you are approved for.
Property is "move in ready" now. I can show on the weekends and most evenings. If you are serious, I encourage you to put in an application as this property will not be on the market very long.
