There is private parking out front. The renter is responsible for all utilities. We do not require perfect credit, but we do perform a credit check and landlord verification. We primarily look for income at 4 times the rental rate but with a good rental history we will accept 3x the rent. One month's rent and one month deposit are typically needed to move in.
