Not only are both houses on this property well appointed but the location itself is truly special- real old school Hamptons with a powerful energy you just don't get anymore: the sound of waves crashing at night, the smell of truly fresh ocean air, a colorful array of chirping birds, INCREDIBLE sunsets over the reserve farmland, loads of space for kids to safely run and explore, local famous farm stand, a walk to one of the most spectacular Hamptons beaches (permit parking making it very private), and a safe south of the highway location. The majority of our neighbors are year rounders who do not rent, and it is quiet at night. Worst case, our next door neighbor is a Viennese Opera singer and you can sometimes hear him singing an aria or two (we gladly open a bottle of wine when this happens!) The combined size of the main house and cottage is 3500 sq feet with 5 bedrooms across both structures. Property sleeps 14 with two pull out couches. For security measures, the property has a monitored alarm system with emergency call-out with a unique code per tenant, and video security cameras located to track vendors and deliveries to the property, which record the front porch and the driveway activity.
