The lower level features a second living room with gas fireplace, washer/dryer, three bedrooms and a full bath. The home is perfect for a family or for a roommate situation. Pets are allowed upon approval. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and the home to be professionally cleaned one time per month.
