Our current tenant is moving so there's a rare opportunity to lease this lovely one-bedroom cottage on our property on Goodman St, in the really very much sought after neighborhood of Belmont in Charlottesville. The rent includes gigabit internet service and off-street parking. If you value peace and privacy while still being just a few minutes walk from Belmont's eateries and Charlottesville's Downtown Mall, this cottage is for you. It's a 7 minute walk, across the new Belmont Bridge, to the Downtown Mall, Pavillion, and Transit Center. From there trolleys and buses leave every few minutes for UVa, UVa Hospital, and the rest of the city. The cottage can be reached from the front of the property on Goodman street, and also via the alley behind the cottage. The driveway accommodates a smaller car.
