PLEASE CALL TO SEE THIS SPECIAL, FURNISHED, RENTAL.… My large home in north Asheville (behind Fresh Market near Beaver Lake) is a duplex; the lower floor has a very spacious apartment with its own kitchen, a very large bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower, a private entrance with tandem off street parking, a sliver of a mountain view and lots of special amenities.
The living room is a very spacious 13 X 25 and photos just don't reveal how large the rooms are - and the master is 20 X 13 with a 5 X 13 walk in closet. A king-sized Casper mattress makes for dreamy nights.
The property is about an acre and is very private. We do not see our neighbors and you can't see the house from the street.
Set on a beautiful wooded acre, this spacious well-appointed one bedroom (plus) apartment in the lower level of a North Asheville home was recently updated and freshly painted. Fully furnished.
Very convenient to the amenities of North Asheville-- Fresh Market, Ingles, Walgreens, the post office, the public library, scenic Beaver Lake and a great coffee shop (Pennycup's banana bread beats all) and lots of great restaurants are all a short walk.
It's a seven minutes from downtown by car, and less than two miles to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Harris Teeter.
There is a large "bonus" exercise room ( 15 X 15) that has a little convertible sofa and is fine for an occasional guest. I do have some things stored in there and I occasionally use the treadmill, so it is really "shared" space. You're welcome to use the treadmill, too!
The property is a wooded acre with great privacy. You can't see the neighbors and they can't see you. The apartment is on the lower level of the home. A 3 bedroom space on the upper floor is owner occupied but may also be offered to traveling nurses during the winter.
Terms: $1450/month includes electric, heating, water, and wifi. Available NOW. A one year lease is required. First, last and $1,000 security to move in. Cable TV can be added, if desired, at your expense.
A pet with references may be accepted with a monthly fee of $25 and an additional refundable damage deposit of $250.
