The unit for rent is the lower level 3 sided open with windows loft style apartment, private entrance in the rear.… This is located in a very quiet Boulevard Heights neighborhood and is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Few blocks from Grant Park, Zoo Atlanta, 4.5 miles to midtown Piedmont Park, and just over a mile to East Atlanta. There is very little traffic. The house is nestled between a few homes with manicured park like landscaping and there are woods behind the house fairly close. There is a 15 by 10 covered porch at the entrance to the unit and is attached to a patio seating area with table and chairs and that patio is about 32 feet long off of that. The back yard, with a stone patio in it, is very private.
The electric and gas are included in the rent. You will be responsible for 1/2 of the water bill and you will be responsible for providing your own internet.
I have two ladies that have been renting from me for 9 years that occupy the large two floor unit upstairs. One of them is a great landscaper. The short driveway is for the upstairs unit and there is ample parking on the cul-de-sac out front.
This is recently renovated / upgraded with new kitchen cabinets, sink, faucet, door hardware, lights, blinds and designer colors. Newer windows. It is approximately 1000 sq ft, 2 clothes closets with storage, laundry closet with storage and includes washer and dryer, a pantry, with elfa style shelving.
I would allow a cat. There is a $250 pet fee.
The security deposit is due before move in. Please have your credit score close to 700 and above, a stable job, and your own vehicle.
