The HIllcrest neighborhood in Kailua is one of the nicest you'll find.… Access to Hawai'i Kai is a half hour's drive and Kailua town and its beaches are less than 10 miles away
This is a well-maintained home. The vaulted ceilings provide a more spacious feel. The separate family room and entertainment rooms are great for entertaining! There are two full baths and laundry room. The master bedroom is very spacious with a partial view of the ocean. Each room has an air conditioner. Under the house is just right to store your extra stuff. And you can feel secure knowing your vehicles are safe in the enclosed garage.
I am looking for tenants that can move in by mid-August and have great rental history for paying rent on time and being mindful about the home's maintenance.
Pets are welcome! A limit of 2 DOG pets under 25 pounds each is allowed with a $350 refundable pet deposit for each. In addition, a $50 fee per pet, per month. Six month inspections will be required as well. I'm sorry, cats not allowed.
