There is no smoking/vaping of any kind on property. No-one or any item is allowed on any roof of this building. There is no washer/dryer on property. There are no pets allowed. This unit is #3 located on the 2nd floor, upstairs. The building is located on the South - West corner of 13th East and 100 S. There are 8 units total in the building. The rent is $950.00 a month with a security deposit of $950.00 also. $125 of deposit is nonrefundable for Administration fees. There is a $65 application fee per adult. There is a $85 leasing initiation fee required. There is a 1 year lease required. With the possibility of renewing if both parties agree. You will be responsible for putting the power for this unit in your name and Internet or cable TV if you want those. The Owner pays for gas, water, sewer and garbage and lawn care. You will need to pay for a on street parking pass from the City, BUT the Owner will reimburse you when you send in the paid receipt for the pass.
