The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while two additional bedrooms offer queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a full-size bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, utensils, and a coffee maker. A large dining table is perfect for family meals, and the living room features an oversized sectional and classic board games. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available.
Enjoy the private backyard oasis with a shimmering in-ground pool and an outdoor dining area. The backyard is fully fenced and surrounded by mature bamboo and tropical greenery. Paid add-ons include late check-outs and early arrivals, with a 1-2 hour late check-out costing $100 and a 2-3 hour late check-out costing $200. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $100 per reservation for up to 2 pets (under 40lbs only). Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and cats are not allowed. Garage access is not permitted.

Great local restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores are also nearby.
Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Unauthorized parties are not allowed and will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. The primary guest must be 21 years or older, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, with extra cleaning fees for stains. All trash must be disposed of in outside bins before departure. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher before leaving. Keep windows closed for security. Avoid overloading laundry machines, do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. The storage closet must remain closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion. Do not rearrange furniture. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Additional guests exceeding the maximum allowed will incur a charge of $100 per person, requiring prior approval. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Guests use the pool at their own risk, and children under 16 must be supervised. Do not use the pool or hot tub under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Shower before entering the pool, and do not bring oils, lotions, or soaps into the pool. Follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the pool. Any damage to the pool caused by misuse will be charged to the guest. A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable.
