Lease terms

Renter is responsible for outside maintenance. Renter is responsible for AC filters as well in the home and maintaining the home decent. There is no smoking inside the home. No more than two pets in the home. Houses to be returned in the same condition when moved in. There will be no in-home businesses being ran in this house. No more than six people living in the home anyone that is living in the rental property myst be listed on the lease. If there are any damages or any of the rules above mentioned are broken, there will be a fee, depending on what the circumstances are. If you will be relocating, we asked to give us a two months in advance notice. If you're military and have your PCS orders as soon as you receive them, please make us aware of the situation and show us a copy of your PCS orders before clearing the home. There is a lease for one year contract, if terminated before the year ends, you must have PCS orders so you do not have to pay a fee, but if there is no PCS orders in place then the fee for breaking the contract before the year ends, will result in your security deposit not be refunded or only partial.
