The home is right down the street from Target, King Soopers, Little Man Ice Cream, Orange Theory, Ace Hardware, Starbucks, McDonald's, Chick-Fil-A, Alamo Drafthouse, Mountair dog park, Edgewater Public Market and Sloan's Lake. Super close to downtown and Empower as well. The neighborhood and Yates Street is mostly young professionals in their late 20s, 30s and 40s. Extremely dog friendly and community oriented. Step inside to an open layout, gorgeous hardwood floors, and a modern gas fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is a dream, boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island for casual dining.
