Looking for a great roommate to share this home. One unfurnished room approximately 9 x 10 AND your own bathroom in nice condo.… Pics are of the room empty and also with past roommates things.

Easily accessible location in Ventura between the 101 &126 near Victoria Ave: close to everything. Very walkable neighborhood.

Small storage area in garage for storage only approximately 10x3. Washer and dryer inside.
