The first casita includes a kitchenette, a full bath, and a game room bunkhouse, all finished to the same high standard as the main house. The second casita features bedrooms with direct sliding glass door access to the hot tub deck and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Tons of parking is available on the premises. While driving or Uber is recommended for most destinations, the property backs up to Jester King. Extra guest fees apply for groups exceeding 16+.
Nestled on 2.5 secluded acres right off Austin's desirable Fitzhugh Road, this villa offers privacy while being in close proximity to the vibrant brewery district, with Jester King Brewery just around the corner. Enjoy easy access to Austin's attractions, located approximately 20 minutes away, and explore the surrounding hill country's distilleries, breweries, and vineyards. Nearby attractions include Pedernales Falls for day hikes and the famous Hamilton Pool for a refreshing dip.
Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained from the host. Visitors are not permitted on the property without prior approval from the host. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability. Pricing is based on the first 8 guests; after the initial 8 guests, there is a $50/night fee for overnight guests and a $25/day fee for day guests. A signed liability waiver is required after booking due to the property's size and unique features. Guests are asked to disclose all day and overnight guests before arrival. Please treat the property with care and respect, and clean up after yourself. No glitter is allowed. Report any damages or issues to the host immediately. For safety and security, do not tamper with any safety equipment and lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
