Water is included in the rent, renter is responsible for all other utilities including electricity, propane (heaters and stove are gas), annual water system maintenance costs, internet, trash, and renters insurance. Indoor only pets - we have lots of wildlife that will eat outdoor pets. Renters are responsible for maintaining the landscaping around the house down to the fence line of the pasture below you and the little area directly across the roadway, including pulling weeds, and ensuring that the sprinklers are on and working for the landscaping. There is a small garden across the road that you are welcome to use. Rental contract is for 1 year, and then additional time can be negotiated. Lots of space if you have kids to run around - schools Harloe Elementary, Judkins Middle, and Arroyo Grande High School. There is a spot where you can park an RV and a black water waste access spot into the septic tank next to the house. There are 2 other occupied homes on the property and potentially a 5th wheel across the street from the house. The property is fenced 12 acres with goats, sheep, chickens and a horse and donkey so must be ok living with livestock. We are not allowing renters to use pastures at this time. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property.
