The house can sleep up to 8 people (3 king beds & a day bed with a trundle). The house also has a pack n' play & a toddler bed. There is an above-ground pool & an outdoor lounge & eating area in the back yard. The pool is only open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. $5,000/month is only valid for October through May! ALL utilities are included in the monthly price. Local house cleaner recommendation available upon request. The listing is also posted on Airbnb & VRBO for short-term rentals.
