Apartment in on 3rd floor with great amount of natural light and air flow.… There is a large kitchen with built-in laundry with a spacious living room area adjacent to the kitchen. There is an "extra" room in the front of the apartment leading to the private porch which makes a great office. The porch overlooks Friendship and the Children's Home playground. The unit has 2 permanently installed AC units that can cool the entire apartment. Blinds are on every window. 2 medium sized BR's roomy enough for a queen bed and furniture with a large (for Pittsburgh) closet. Plenty of parking, with no permits needed, right in front of secure entrance. Doorbell/Intercom system to speak with callers before buzzing them in. I, owner/Landlord live about 5 houses away so I take great care of the apartments. Located near W. Penn, Children's, Hillman and Shadyside Hospitals. Blocks away from shopping and 1/2 block from busline. Close to universities, Bloomfield, Shadyside, East Liberty, Lawrenceville and downtown. This is a quiet building. No pets or smokers are allowed.
Tenant pays gas and Electric plus any internet/cable costs. There is a $50/mo water fee. Owner pays everything else. The video is for the apartment is blocked. Contact me and I can send you to a Google Album with a former tenant showing the apartment.
