Terra Verde Resort is a gated community located just south of Orlando in Kissimmee, Florida, within 20 minutes of Walt Disney and Seaworld parks, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. Local attractions include Gatorland, Kissimmee Old Town, Celebration, Downtown Kissimmee, Florida Mall, Mall at Millenia, Kissimmee State Parks, and Lake Toho. Day trips to the Atlantic Coast (Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, Melbourne Beach) and Gulf Coast (Tampa Bay, Clearwater, Treasure Island) are approximately 75-90 minutes away. The resort is conveniently located just south of US 192 off of Poinciana Blvd, close to world-famous golf courses, wineries, outlet shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, and essential shopping. Orlando International Airport is 25 miles away.
For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and any pets. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home. Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the pool deck and in the outdoor lounge areas at the clubhouse. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
