Terra Verde Resort is a gated community located just south of Orlando in Kissimmee, Florida, within 20 minutes of Walt Disney and Seaworld parks, and 30 minutes from Universal Studio parks. Popular day trips to the Atlantic Coast include the Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and Daytona Beach, while the Gulf Coast destinations like Tampa Bay, Clearwater, and Treasure Island are approximately 75-90 minutes away. The resort is conveniently located just south of US 192 off of Poinciana Blvd, close to world-famous golf courses, wineries, outlet shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, and essential shopping. Orlando International Airport is 25 miles away.
Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited. Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the pool deck and in the outdoor lounge areas. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund. For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed.
