Lease terms

This home is for rent between 08/03/2026 - 09/17/2026 and again 11/04/2026 - 06/29/2027 . Rent is increased to $3600 for single-month stays in April, June, July, August, and December. July is usually spoken for but if you are interested we can add you to a wait-list. Security Deposit $1000 for stays 1-3 months, $1500 for stays 4-6 months, $2500 for stays 7-9 months, $3600 for stays 10-12 months (one months rent). Monthly-only vacation rental (required by ordinance), fully furnished and equipped, including all utilities (capped). Would prefer a stay of 3 months or longer but we will consider shorter periods. Applications required, $49 application fee per adult if we need to generate a credit report for you. Pets require approval and are subject to additional rent, fees, and deposits upon approval. 100% no-smoking. Once approved there is a $49 reservation fee and $275 cleaning fee in addition to the monthly rent and refundable security deposit. Security deposit will be increased for longer stays. Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit. Shorter stays may require professional carpet and furniture cleaning depending on the condition of the premises upon departure but is not automatically charged.
