About the building

Each apartment has had different upgrades. Two are available. Both are ground floor units, East and West end.… Two steps on entry, multiple steps to laundry. No waiting lists. Paid deposit and first months rent is what holds. The location is good if commuting to Topeka, Emporia, Ottawa, and Burlington. Two blocks from center of town, Casey's General store, three blocks from schools. School teachers are favored. No pets, only pets are those that were living in the units when the rule changed.
