We have an A+ rating with the BBB and house owner since 2009 with the Horry county tax assessors office. Our nice beach House has private pool, sleeps 8 (monthly) max., near ocean (2-min walk to beach)! House is 2nd block from ocean or about 1000 feet away. 10-15 min. Drive to South Myrtle Beach, SC. You can see ocean from front yard! House sleeps 8 max., must be a single family, over age 25, no pets, no smoking. 8 max. Occupancy for monthly rentals at our "Ocean10" rental beach house. Also, Sat to Sat weekly rentals only from April-Sept. Most Everything is new, house built in 1/09! Newly Upgraded, new free WiFi, new tvs, new stereo, new fridge, appliances, furniture, new beachy decor, new beds, new washer / dryer, new decor, full large kitchen, Cabana beside pool! Fenced in back yard & outdoor grill. You accept our private home As Is furnished. House is a duplex (each side is 2-story, 4BR/4.5BA, private pool on each side). Our side is the east side closest to ocean.
