We are looking for a quite military person, or a quite couple, who is respectful, considerate, clean, financially stable, and that's comfortable taking care of this home. This rental is intended for single or couple occupancy only no sub leases.
Applicant Requirements
Stable employment with the same employer for at least one year.
Gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent (income verification and recent pay stubs required).
No illegal drug use.
Background, credit, and rental history may be reviewed.
Pets
Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance by the landlord. If approved, a $300 non-refundable pet deposit will be required.
Rent
$1,850 per month, with water included
Military will be given a $100 discount per month with an allotment.
We also offer a $100 monthly discount for tenants who choose to pay rent weekly.
A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required prior to move-in.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 3rd will incur a 15% late fee.
