Outdoor entertaining is impressive, with a hot tub overlooking 180 Utah Valley and mountain views, a private sauna, a large deck, a BBQ grill, and patio seating for dining or relaxing. Garage and driveway parking are available, with space in the garage for storing skis and outdoor gear. Cornhole and a spacious grassy area are also available for games. This home offers an ideal balance of mountain access and city convenience, making it a perfect base for ski trips, outdoor adventures, and group getaways. Enjoy easy access to mountains, hiking trails, and ski resorts. This property is in a quiet family neighborhood and meant for small family gatherings and quiet retreats. Parties or boisterous events are not allowed at the home. Smoking or vaping is prohibited, and any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay.
