Lease terms

Renter is responsible for all utilities: electricity, water, trash, gas, yard maintenance. No smoking anywhere on the premises. One small pet weighing less than 25 lbs is allowed for a non refundable $500 pet deposit. The house comes with the washer, dryer, and fridge included in the rent. QUALIFICATION CRITERIA TO LEASE 1.
