No smoking allowed on the property. The tenant is responsible for utilities and routine maintenance. A home warranty is in place for most system and appliance repairs. We have lived here for decades and have constantly upgraded and improved the home. Being owner managers we are easy to reach and care about keeping the house in great condition.
